You pay for catalogue size — nothing else

Every plan, including the free one, includes every search feature. We never put a capability behind a higher tier. The only thing that changes between plans is how many products you can index. If your catalogue is small, you pay little or nothing; if it grows, you move up a plan.

No per-search meters, ever

Your bill does not move because shoppers searched more. A viral day — the best kind of day for a store — costs you exactly the same as a quiet one. We think charging you more precisely when you’re most successful is backwards.

The price you see is the price you pay

Our pricing page renders from the very same list our billing system charges from. It is structurally impossible for the advertised price to drift from the charged price, because they are the same number.

The free tier is genuinely free

Up to 100 products, for as long as you like, just by installing the plugin — no account and no card required to get search working. It isn’t a time-limited trial and it doesn’t degrade into nagware.

Going over your limit never breaks search

If your catalogue grows past your plan’s limit, nothing breaks. Search keeps working on everything already indexed. We simply stop adding new products to the index and show a friendly “you’re at your limit” note until you upgrade. We never purge your index, never switch search off, and never hold your storefront hostage.

No surprise price hikes

We won’t quietly raise your price. If our list pricing ever changes, existing subscribers keep their price for a clearly-communicated period, and any change is announced in advance — never slipped into a renewal.

Cancel yourself, in one click

No retention hoops, no “call us to cancel”. Downgrading or cancelling never breaks your live storefront: after a short grace period the index is trimmed to your new limit deterministically, with a clear dashboard notice — never purged to zero.

How payment works when you upgrade

Paid plans are billed through Stripe , using Stripe’s own secure checkout and billing portal. Your card details go straight to Stripe — they never touch our servers. We store only what’s needed to show your plan and the last four digits of your card. As the merchant of record we handle applicable EU/UK VAT.
