Is the free plan really free?
Yes — up to 100 products, for as long as you like, just by installing the plugin. No account and no card required to get search working.
Which platforms do you support?
WooCommerce only. We build exclusively for WooCommerce, which is exactly why the integration goes deeper than general-purpose search tools.
Will NitroSearch slow my store down?
No. The search widget is about a tenth the weight of the usual toolkit, and every search goes straight from the shopper's browser to our engine — your WordPress server is never in the search path.
What happens if I go over my plan's product limit?
Nothing breaks. Search keeps working on everything already indexed; we simply stop adding new products and show a friendly "you're at your limit" note until you upgrade. We never purge your index or switch search off.
How do you keep search results in sync with my catalogue?
We treat WordPress's change notifications as unreliable by design. The plugin keeps its own change queue, we actively check on stores that go quiet, and every night we compare fingerprints of your catalogue against our copy and repair any difference — the trustworthiness is the product, not a footnote.
Where is my data hosted?
In the EU, end to end — hosting and email both. It's a commitment we design the whole platform around.
Can I cancel any time?
