Subprocessors

These are the third parties that may process customer or store data on our behalf to deliver NitroSearch. Our search engine and application run on our own EU infrastructure; the list below is everything else.

Pre-launch draft. This list is being finalised. Rows marked “to confirm” will be verified (and any placeholder names filled in) before launch. We’ll give account holders notice before adding a new subprocessor.

International transfers

Where a subprocessor is established outside the EU/UK, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable).

Changes

We’ll update this page and the date above whenever the list changes, and notify account holders in advance of a new subprocessor so you have the opportunity to object. Questions: [email protected].
